Ultimately these items will directly impact how quickly you can achieve a sale and the amount of negotiating power you have in obtaining fair value for your property.

All of the costs of marketing your property and its presentation are taken care of by me as your real estate professional. The idea of the marketing plan is to get your home in front of the eyes of as many potential Buyers as possible.
Showing your Home
In order for prospective Buyers to get a feel for your property they will schedule showings through our office, which we will arrange with you as the Seller. The optimal situation would be for you as the Seller to be away from the home during the showings, as this allows the Buyer to feel more comfortable as they tour your property. In preparation for a showing it is ideal to have the house clean, tidy, and lights on, if possible.
Completing your Sale
Once a suitable and qualified Buyer makes an offer to purchase your property; I will assist you through the process of negotiating the terms of the sale, navigating the Buyer's conditions, and preparing any documentation required before working with the Lawyer to complete the sale of your property.
